With the Anti-Retards application, simply and quickly report and compile all incidents (delays, cancellations) experienced on French regional trains (TER, RER, Transiliens).
Through your feedback, you will participate with UFC-Que Choisir, the main consumer association in France, in the construction of an independent and participatory Observatory of the quality of regional transport. Through your long-term mobilization, you will help us to finally obtain from the public authorities a reliable indicator on the punctuality of regional trains, which allows pricing based on the quality of regional trains.
